Why it pays

What Flâne does for your hotel

01

Guests who spend their evenings with you

Your dinner, your hammam and your drivers reach guests at the hour they decide, before they look elsewhere.

02

Guests who stay longer

Ten walks and seven day trips give guests more of Beirut to see, and more reasons to book another night.

03

A calmer reception

The questions your team answers all day are answered on every guest’s phone, at any hour.

04

A gift worth its weight in gold

Travellers pay $29 for the guide, and every one of your guests has it free, under your name.

Questions

What hotels ask us

Can we see it before we decide?

Take the tour on this page, and at a 20-minute visit we open Flâne on your own phone and walk through it with you.

Do our guests need to install anything?

The card opens the guide in their phone’s browser, already under your name, with nothing to install, and they can add it to their home screen if they like.

How do guests find it?

From the card in their room. Every room has a card with a code of its own, and a scan opens your guide on that guest’s phone until the day they leave.

How long does it take to go live?

Your rooms’ codes are made the day you sign, your page is ready within 48 hours and your address book within seven days.

What does it cost?

One price for your hotel, monthly or yearly, set at the visit for the number of rooms you have, with no fee per guest and a full refund within 30 days.

Which languages does it speak?

The guide, the walks and the voices are in English, and Maya and Karim say the names of streets and dishes the way Beirutis say them. Support is in English, French or Arabic.

What do you do with our guests’ data?

Guests use the guide without an account and without giving personal details, and the figures we share with you are counts of what was used.

We have a hotel in Paris. Does it work for us?

The Paris guide opens under a hotel’s name in the same way, with its 19 walks in English and French. Write to us and we will show it to you.

Your name on it the day you sign

A 20-minute visit is enough to see Flâne on your own phone, and your guide can be switched on the same day.
